Home / Solutions / Kiosks

Kiosk orders that the kitchen treats like any other.

A kiosk order goes into your POS with the right modifiers, gets paid on the terminal next to the screen and appears on the kitchen display. Nobody retypes anything.

Order path

From the first tap to the pickup screen.

  1. guest

    Builds the order

The kiosk shows only what is in stock at this location right now, with modifiers and combos from the POS.

  2. ~ 20 s

    Pays

Card or phone on the terminal. Loyalty points and promo codes are checked before payment.

  3. < 1 s

    Order in POS

Paid orders are created in the POS with the kiosk as the source, so they show up in every report.

  4. kitchen

    Cooked and called

The order goes to the kitchen display. When it's ready, the number appears on the pickup screen.

What's included

Everything around the screen.

POS order injection

Orders, modifiers, comments and discounts arrive as native POS orders, not as a note on a ticket.

Payment terminal

Integrated card payment with automatic void if the POS rejects the order.

Loyalty and promo codes

Guests scan their app or enter a phone number. Points are earned and spent at the kiosk.

Upsell rules

Suggest a drink with a burger, a size up on fries. Rules are set per location and time of day.

Kitchen and pickup screens

Kiosk orders are routed to the right station and called on the pickup display.

Offline mode

If the connection drops, the kiosk queues paid orders and sends them as soon as it is back.

Questions

Before you order hardware.

Do we need specific kiosk hardware?

No. We work with Android and Windows kiosks from common vendors. If you already have screens, we start with those.

What happens when an item runs out?

Mark it as out in the POS. The kiosk hides it within seconds, together with combos that include it.

Can each location have its own menu and prices?

Yes. Menus are taken per location, including daypart menus such as breakfast.

How long does a pilot take?

Two to three weeks for one location, including staff training and the first days of live orders.

Start with one kiosk in one restaurant.

Tell us your POS and how many locations you run. We'll reply with what the pilot needs.
